Brief Introduction

The three-ear aluminum flange top cover is a die-cast end cover for Pulse Jet filter cartridges, made of ADC-12 aluminum alloy. Three lugs spaced at 120° lock the cover onto the top of the filter cartridge, and the cover mates with a four-ear aluminum Venturi tube or a reinforced PP Venturi tube, forming the upper closure of the cartridge assembly. The glue groove face can be CNC-machined with circumferential grooves per drawing to ensure a reliable adhesive bond with the filter media. Six standard models covering five lug center distances (179.2 / 206–207 / 265 / 365 / 396 mm) are available, and new tooling can be developed from customer samples or drawings.
